Chris White

VP, Managing Director, Justice Banking

As VP, Managing Director of Justice Banking, Chris leads the legal banking department of Flatirons Bank, including Justice Banking and Justice Escrow. Chris joined Flatirons Bank in 2023 and brings over 14 years of experience in sales leadership, business relationship management, client portfolio oversight, financial analysis, and asset management. His proven leadership abilities, experience in consumer and small business banking, and overall client relations experience make him a valuable asset to the team.

Before his tenure at Flatirons Bank, Chris spent over a decade at a large financial institution, working as a driver for change and leading multiple relationship management teams in consumer and small business lending, wealth management, branch strategy, client experience, and consulting. He also spent time in land use planning before entering the banking field in 2010. Chris earned a Bachelor's in Applied Economics from the University of Arizona.

Outside of his work at Flatirons Bank, Chris is an avid golfer, hiker, skier, and chef. Chris enjoys exploring new cultures and places with his wife, two young boys, and their Labrador retriever.
